Delivery to most areas is usually in 2 to 5 working days but may extend to 7 working days at peak times. We deliver Saturday to Thursday. Please note, we CANNOT deliver to Fuwairit/Shamal,Abu Dhalouf/ Shamal and Al Ruwais/ Shamal.

Our delivery is FREE for orders over 250QR. A delivery charge of 25QR will be applied to orders below 250QR. For everyone’s safety we don’t accept cash or payment on delivery - all payment is completed online before your order is sent.

If you change your mind, or there is a fault with your item, you can return it to any The Body Shop store in Qatar within 14 days for an exchange or refund, provided you bring the receipt and the item is in it’s original, unused condition. For more details, see our Returns & Refunds section.
